General Manager

Our client, based in Taplow, is seeking an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of the site’s performance, profitability, and strategic direction. The successful candidate will prioritise operational excellence and lead the site to consistently achieve its commercial and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximise sales across parts, labour, paint, materials, and related services.
• Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment by managing stock, assets, and all financial transactions efficiently.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets through effective management of the Body Shop operations.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are achieved and sustained.
• Drive the Body Shop to achieve industry-leading process efficiency standards.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, manufacturer agreements, and industry regulations.
• Oversee and maintain quality management and audit processes across the site.
• Provide strong leadership and support to the Paint & Body Centre team.
• Establish, implement, and uphold an effective quality management system within the Paint & Body Centre.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and responsiveness to customer needs and expectations throughout the Paint & Body Centre.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

£55,000.00 – £60,000.00 per Annum
