7.5 tonne driver Urgently Required (Delievery Driver) 

Responsible to the Logistics Coordinator the successful candidate will have important role in the growing success of the business and will have a passion for driving the necessary strategies within the organisation to influence and promote a positive culture and working environment by providing comprehensive support for the team. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office, whilst fostering a positive relationship within the organisation. 

Starting the day at 4am driving in and around London multi dropping on a predetermined route.

Duties of the 7.5 tonne driver 

• Timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes.
• Checking orders prior to delivery
• Unloading of vehicle and providing exceptional customer service to the client base.
• Face-to-face customer service skills including the ability to deal courteously with customers and the public.
• Cleaning and Maintenance of Company Vehicle (Inside & Out)
• Adhering to Tachograph regulations where they apply
• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
• Reporting and recording any vehicle defects.
• Obtain delivery confirmation from customers where applicable
• Photographic evidence of all deliveries
• Keep vehicle clean and organised while adhering to principles of sanitation and safety in handling food.
• Comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy in all duties
• Record and monitor temperatures of transportation vehicle (where applicable)
• Daily Transfers

You Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily & these requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, ability, and skill required.

This is a TEMP TO PERM Position with a yearly salary of £30,000 

Rate of Pay

£30,000.00 per Annum
