Location: Bristol – Coverage – Bristol, Swindon, South West (down to Hayle), South Wales.
Salary: £29,000 (starting salary) – £30,000 (following successful six-month probation)

This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a dependable Handyperson to join their expanding team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy practical work and wish to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.

The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing washroom systems across commercial sites. Comprehensive training, a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

Electrical, plumbing or drainage experience is advantageousl, as the company specialises in installing, maintaining, and carrying out reactive work in washrooms across a variety of corporate sites, as well as fitting air fresheners and hand dryers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair washroom systems

• Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasks

• Fit hand dryers and air fresheners (electrical work)

• Travel to client sites as required

• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely project completion

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required following successful completion of the six-month probation period

• Practical or maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing or drainage systems is beneficial

• Reliable with strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
