Temporary Warehouse, Waste & Recycling & Production Operatives

Gotpeople are partnering with a range of distribution and production companies across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, and the surrounding areas to recruit Temporary Warehouse, Waste & Recycling, and Production Operatives.

We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Picking, packing, and sorting orders in fast-paced environments
• Performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting, handling, loading, and unloading
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within facilities
• Operating forklift trucks (FLT drivers)
• Waste & Recycling operations
• Fabrication and use of hand tools

Ideal candidates will:

• Exhibit a flexible, positive approach with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, working with both speed and accuracy
• Possess relevant blue-collar skills and experience (advantageous)
• Have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (desirable)

We offer temporary full- and part-time opportunities to accommodate a variety of schedules.

Rate of Pay

£12.71 – £15.58 per Hour
