Plant Nursery Operative – Seasonal Role

Gotpeople are currently working with a well-established local horticultural company and are recruiting Seasonal Horticultural Operatives to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work in an outdoor or greenhouse environment.

The Role

• Order picking plants and horticultural products
• General production and plant handling duties
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Some heavy lifting involved

What to Expect

This is a physically demanding role where you will:

• Be on your feet for the full shift
• Regularly bend and lift as part of picking duties
• Work both independently and within a team

Full training will be provided, so no previous experience is required.

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30am – 5:30pm (approx.)
• Day shifts only

Location

• Due to the location, your own transport is essential (no public transport access)
